• Photo Captions: Any text captions you add to photos (processed locally and included only in the saved image)

1.2 Device Permissions

To provide core functionality, the App requires access to:

• Camera: To enable augmented reality (AR) functionality for placing virtual bananas and measuring objects in real-world space
• Photo Library: To save your captured photos with AR content to your device

All AR content, photos, and measurement data are processed locally on your device and saved only to your device's photo library. We do not access, transmit, or store your photos, AR content, or measurement data.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

The App may automatically collect:

• Device Information: Collected by third-party services for analytics and error tracking
• AR Session Data: Surface detection and tracking data processed locally on your device for AR functionality (not transmitted)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's AR functionality
• Enable virtual banana placement and measurement features
• Process and save your photos with AR content
• Remember your app preferences and settings
• Improve the App's performance and user experience

3. Data Storage

All data collected by the App is stored locally on your device using:

• UserDefaults: For app preferences and settings
• Device Photo Library: For your captured photos with AR content (managed by iOS)
• ARKit Session Data: Processed in real-time on your device for AR functionality (not stored)

We do not transmit, upload, or store your photos, AR content, measurement data, or personal content on our servers or third-party servers. All AR processing and photo generation occurs locally on your device.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we share information with:

• Apple: For app functionality and AR services (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
